Sanishtha Bhatia is a fresher who studied a unique course - a B.Sc in Finance. This involved learning the core finance subjects. But she realised by the time her 3rd year arrived that she wanted to pursue a different career. A core finance career was not something she wanted to truly pursue. Hence started her MBA preparation. CAT didn't go really well for Sanishtha. Having checked her raw scores, she knew that it would be tough to make it the top b-schools in India. Which is why Sanishtha decided to give complete focus to XAT. She managed to score a strong 99.84%ile in XAT 2020 and managed to make it to XLRI Jamshedpur. I Would've Cracked CAT In My 1st Attempt If I Knew One Crucial Thing | Ankit Gupta, 99%iler, IIM L

Ankit Gupta, gave the CAT Exam four times, and finally converted IIM Lucknow. Being a BITS Pilani graduate, CAT didn’t seem to be a difficult exam for him. He even scored 96.5%ile in his first attempt without any preparation. However, during his first 3 attempts, he realised he lacked a very important part that can fetch you a good percentile in CAT: mental preparedness. It was in his 3rd attempt when things went haywire. He had to deal with his father's alcoholism, a hectic work schedule, and CAT prep. Hence, he was not able to score a seat at the IIMs even in his 3rd attempt. That is when he decided to leave everything behind and start traveling. He gained a little perspective in life and decided to sit for CAT 2018, finally converting IIM Lucknow.
