The Xavier School of Rural Management (XSRM) has released the final placement report for the MBA-Rural Management batch of 2018-2020! The placements season saw participation from top brands like ICICI Bank, IDFC First Bank, Oyo, Berger Paints, Adani Capital, and RBL Finserv amongst others. The average of the top-10% of the offers stood at INR 12.65 lakhs, while the average of the top-20% of the offers stood at INR 10.84 lakhs. This report will cover important highlights from the XSRM final placement process for the MBA-RM class of 2020.
