I had a shortlist from practically every Day Zero company on campus during my first year of my MBA. I even got to the final rounds of a couple of my dream companies. Yet, I couldn’t convert any of them. This is a non-engineer who thought he had cracked how to ace interviews. Oh, what arrogance! I wish I had a more romantic answer to why I didn’t get an offer. Shriya Agarwal scored a 99.93%ile in CAT 2022. During her undergraduate studies, she was a part of the IPM programme offered by IIM Indore. However, in her final year, she decided to give a shot to CAT to get into her dream Bschool which was IIM Bangalore. Quant was a pain point for her throughout her IPMAT as well as CAT preparation. Due to her inclination toward the world of business, first, she opted for commerce after class 10th and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Delhi.
