As InsideIIM turns a decade old and as AltUni takes wings, I am looking to build the next line of leadership at the company. We are hiring promising young professionals who believe in our purpose to enhance India's human capital. We are doing it via a one of its kind leadership program called IALP - InsideIIM AltUni Leadership Program. If you desire cross-functional exposure, 4-month stints with projects that directly impact business and a fast-paced start-up environment I would highly recommend you apply. The potential compensation is INR 18 Lacs over 16 months by the time your stints end after which you get a permanent position in one of the following verticals : Product Management - Community Platforms Digital Marketing Sales Management Founder's Office/Investor Relations Product & Program Development - AltUni The program is open to candidates who are graduates from any field. However, candidates with deep experience in any of the above verticals will have an edge.
