Academic Curriculum Of IIM Kashipur

And this is what we, at IIM Kashipur believes in. Here, the philosophy behind academics is not to teach some concepts mentioned in books. Instead, it is learning by doing. Academics are the core of IIM Kashipur which not only test your intelligence but your rigour and passion for doing work. The program is developed in such a manner that it results in all-round personality development. The course is divided into 6 terms, 3 terms in one year. The first year provides a zest of general management resulting in holistic learning followed by a summer internship where you get to know the practical perspective of what you learnt. The second-year helps in digging down deeper in your areas of interest.
