MDI Gurgaon has released the final placements report for the PGPM, PGP-IM, and PGP-HRM class of 2020! 126 companies participated in the final placements process at MDI Gurgaon, including top brands like Nestle, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Aditya Birla Group, EY, PwC, and American Express amongst others. The first word that comes to my mind when people ask me tips for an interview is introspection. Every question that you will answer right from ‘Tell me about yourself’ to ‘Why MBA?’ has to be grounded in your unique reality. While we think that the honest answer to these questions is ‘to make money,’ there has to be a reason for why you chose to do what you did at every crossroad in your life. Even if the reason doesn’t make you look like a genius, say it. Questions like Why engineering? Why this college? All are asked to understand if you find any pattern or reasons in your life, or you think it’s all a game of dice.
Interviews are intense, especially B-School interviews. You need to be at the top of your game. To those of you who are sitting for DMS, IIT Delhi Interview, this article might help them. It contains interview experience of then an MBA aspirant and now an MBA student at IIT Delhi.
