Considering the high fees of Indian business schools, high compensation is a minimum expectation from an MBA. But how high is "high"? What is the salary expectation that MBA students have that they believe is reasonable?
Some of the major reasons why anyone pursues an MBA include the growth prospects and the jump in compensation. Like any other professional degree, an MBA offers you a job at the end of the course, and there are certain expectations attached to these jobs in terms of work-life balance, quality of work, and the environment at work amongst other things.
