Amartya realized early in his life that something about him was different from his other friends. He went on hiding his emotions and sexuality for years, till he got posted as an engineer at Tata Steel in Jamshedpur. He started meeting gay men thanks to a dating app in Jamshedpur and that is when he came to know more about his sexuality. His idea about the LGBTQ community got further shaped up through various interactions within the Tata Steel Group, which gave him courage to finally come out of the metaphorical closet.

Today's feature, Zaid Merchant, is the latter kind of person. Zaid considers himself a very tech inclined individual. He dreamt of having an all-night hackathon in his college.
