I love reading, not just a particular genre, but all of them. I enjoy devouring everything from ancient Greek mythology to modern high fantasy, from the exploits of Sherlock Holmes to modern high fantasy like Game of Thrones. As a reader, I’ve noticed a trend in the past few years that has caught my fascination.
July 6th, 2015 around 3PM I was standing outside the Dean’s office with a couple of my friends, waiting for our turn to get in. He wanted to check on the arrangements related to an event which was to be organized for felicitation of an FMS Delhi alumnus who had recently topped the coveted Indian Civil Services Exam.
It is that time of the year where stress in students would be at its peak. With Entrance Exams approaching for aspirants and semester exams and placement season for current students, stress would play a major role in exams. Some amount of stress is inevitable no matter how 'chilled out' you are about your studies or how well prepared you think you are. The point is to function with a level of stress that benefits you and not that deters you from moving forward. The key to manage any thing is to understand the thing well. So let's see what stress is? One of the definition in Oxford dictionary suggests that stress is "A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances." Exams and test preparation being the adverse and demanding circumstances here, you need an outlet to better manage the emotional strain that's a part and parcel of studying for and in a rigorous course.
An MBA degree is one of the most coveted qualifications you can pursue to develop skills required for business and management. The value of the MBA, however, is not limited strictly to the business world, and there is much more to it than what is generally perceived.
By all accounts, Batman vs Superman : Dawn of Justice was a two and a half hour long tedious, overblown, convoluted mess.
