Placement report 2014-16, FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
The final placement report for batches 2014-16, at FORE School of Management witnessed highest domestic CTC of INR 21 lacs per annum and average CTC of INR 9 lacs per annum for the 213 students from PGDM and PGDM International Business. The placement figures revealed a higher median CTC and multiple job offers for the students. Apart from the traditional recruiters from FMCG, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Banking and Consulting domains, there has been e-commerce, Unicorns and tech start-ups recruiting from the campus.

IIM Indore concluded placements for a mammoth 617 students - students spread across 2 courses and 2 cities. The performance is quite commendable given the magnitude of the task. Most other top business schools need to place about 60% of the size that IIM Indore placed this year. BCG, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, HUL, Nestle, Google, Flipkart, IBM, L'Oreal, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Aditya Birla Group, Airtel are some of the marquee recruiters at IIM Indore this year.

IIM Ahmedabad conducted Cluster 3 of the Final Placement Process for the PGP Class of 2016 today. The first cluster of the Final Placement process for the PGP class of 2016 was held today at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The firms that participated in Cluster 1 comprised of three cohorts – investment banking and markets; management consulting and private equity, venture capital and hedge funds.

IIM Rohtak Wraps Up Final Placements With 12.5 Percent Increase In Average Salary
IIM Rohtak has concluded its final placement process for the batch of 2014-16. The institute witnessed an impressive participation of a multitude of companies across varied domains. The 145 students’ batch successfully availed opportunities in diversified profiles and across various functions in the organizational setup. A total of 48 companies participated in the final placement process.

Final Placements – IIFT Delhi and Kolkata – Class of 2016
We generally never focus on Average CTC offered on campuses. However, IIFT this year reports a 24% increase taking the average CTC to 18 lacs. It is a notably high number. There is no way for us to verify this figure as no external agency has audited the report like at IIM Ahmedabad - auditing is an issue at all other top schools too - IIM C, IIM B, IIM L, IIM I, IIM K, XLRI, FMS etc. (Last year IIFT reported an average domestic salary of 14.54 Lacs). It seems the figure of 18.01 Lacs is an average after taking into consideration both Domestic and International salaries. It is notable that average salary has gone up despite an increase in the batch size. Total number of companies making offers has remained almost the same which means offers per company has gone up as well.
