A NITIE graduate, Nupur Arora realized that Supply Chain is where she wants to see herself working in. But, that did not come easy. Although she initially thought that she had everything figured out when she started her MBA journey with NITIE Mumbai, it was during her time at the institute and internship with Nestlé, that she got an overview of the world of business. She delved deeper into how the cogs in the wheel works for an FMCG behemoth like Nestlé and that somehow made her realize that supply plays a pivotal role in this. From there on, Nupur never looked back. Spending over 8 years at Nestlé, Nupur now heads the Demand and Supply Planning for Breakfast Cereals at Nestlé. An IIT Bombay graduate, Hemant Gupta realized that he did not belong to the cubicle world and an adventure club activity during his IIT Bombay days, changed something in him completely. From a 26 days mountaineering course to getting a job at Tata Steel from campus and enrolling at TSAF, Hemant’s life changed in the direction that he had never thought of, including climbing the mighty Everest. NMIMS Mumbai Summer Placement Report - Class Of 2021 | Highest Stipend Touches INR 3 Lakhs

There was yet another successful placement season at the School Of Business Management, NMIMS Mumbai for 2019-2021 batch. A total of 230 companies participated in this placement season. 53 companies participated in the MBA-HR placements. The most number of offers was made by the BFSI sector. For MBA-HR it was the IT, Analytics, Consulting, Start-Up & E-Commerce sector.
