IIM-Shillong’s 15th batch had 283 students graduating with an average salary of CTC 26.1 LPA reporting a slight decrease from 2023. 79% of the batch consisted of male candidates and about 45% hailed from an engineering background. 104 students of the batch were freshers.  87 recruiters hired from the campus with 46 new companies visiting the campus. The highest salary reported at the IIM-Shillong campus is 71.5 LPA offered for an IT and Analytics role.
