We hear about these mysterious creatures called product managers every now and then. We know they exist, and we aspire to be one of them. But we have no idea who they are and what they do? And forget reading about them in the b-school. In this interview, we were able to catch hold of one such evolved being. His name is Gautam Chaudhari. He started his journey in IIM Ahmedabad (Batch of 2011-13). His first job was with Reliance Jio, where he was the Product Manager of Jio Chat. After the launch of the product, he moved to a growing startup called CarWale. Within his second project, he got promoted to Associate Vice President (Product). He is now a team-lead of 7+ product managers and guides them to a successful future. Read about his full story here.

Abhay Shankar did his B.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering. For his final year project, he made a wheelchair prototype that moves without any touch. The wheelchair is guided by the simple eye-movement of the patient. For this, his team got a grant of Rs. 1.5 Cr. He juggled this project along with his job, which was quite taxing. Ultimately, he decided to pursue an MBA, so that he could get the relevant skills, to be able to make a business model out of his idea, to be able to pitch his project to potential investors and much more.

Congrats! You have successfully completed stage one, i,e. TISSNET and MAT. Now comes the PIT and PI round. If you want to grab a seat in the prestigious HRM & LR course and become a full-time TISSian for the next two years, then you will have to score exceptionally well in the next two rounds.
