Ishan started off his career working at Coal India after his engineering, where he realized the importance of middle management and building effective communication systems. With the goal to achieve that, he thought of doing an MBA and got through to IIM Indore. It is at this institute that Ishan learnt the theory of how to make it possible. When he joined ABG after becoming the ET Young Leader he applied those principles in practical terms.
