I have been in the job for 4 years. while working I realized that I am not skilled in all different aspects of company affairs and was limited to my area of function. After getting 4 years of work experience, finally one year back I decided to appear for MBA entrance exam and started preparation with full efforts although it was very difficult to manage it with job responsibility.
