Tips for Excelling in SNAP Percentile

  • Understand the Exam Pattern & Syllabus: Know the test format and what's covered. This helps focus on important topics and manage study time well. The exam is speed-based, unlike CAT and XAT. The question pattern is different and comparatively easier.
  • Take Practice Tests: SNAP occurs after CAT. Taking mocks or solving past papers will help in the switch of mindset required for SNAP.
  • Revise Regularly: Frequent revision is vital for retaining information. Use brief notes to recall significant concepts easily.
  • Master Time Management: Practicing under timed conditions improves your speed, essential for acing SNAP.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Since wrong answers are penalized, concentrate on being precise rather than guessing. Framing the whole exam within 60 minutes and having high accuracy should be the main goals of any candidate aiming to excel in SNAP.
  • Stay updated with news & events: Keep abreast of current affairs, especially in general English, for an edge. This part will help an aspirant in cracking the GDPI section with ease. The final composite score for admission into Symbiosis colleges is calculated by 50% contribution in the SNAP exam and the remaining 50% performance in the GDPI section.
