For me the best Aditya Birla Group company to work for would be Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited which has multiple options for a guy who is interested in working with apparel brands.
My internship with Arvind Limited has given me a broad perspective on the apparels industry and I feel it could be one of the best carrier options for an MBA graduate. With its own consortium of apparel brands and the kind of brand strategies they use to position and distinguish their products in the market is phenomenal. Along with this, retail unit of the company also distinguishes it on multiple parameters. In short, ABFRL never ceases to amaze you and that’s why I consider it to be a good company to work for.
