Getting into XIMB has been the most important turning point in my life. With its magnificent and spectacular campus, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious infrastructure and highly acclaimed and distinguished faculty, the classroom experience, campus life and engagement activities of XIMB are quaint and paradisal in the most unique way.
The first fortnight at XIMB has been a roll coaster ride with a lot of group events, both formal and informal, meant to develop and nourish covalent bonds and feeling of camaraderie among batch mates and the seniors. There have been a plethora of events and competitions across the blocks, sections with groups being created randomly out of the students to facilitate interaction among them. Multifarious activities and events ranging from Sports, Music, Debates, Monologues, etc have been organised for all round development of the budding managers! Basically we have everything here:- You name it, We have it. These ice breaking sessions foster feelings of team spirit, leadership and jewel bonding across the batch of 360 students and everyone is a jack in here, in one way or another. Interacting with all ages and stripes which has been an exorbitant experience for us and now we have become thick as thieves! We have these unique concepts of Roll senior and Room senior to help us in the hour of need which, I guess, sets us apart from others in the race and adding to it, 300+ new friends and seniors! Indeed a small town within the 55 acres of greenery.
We here at XIMB have demolished all the invisible barriers and have walked the extra mile from being an individual unit to a big, strong united family. Students here strain each and every nerve to achieve excellence and apart from the academic rigor, numerous guest lectures we have case competitions and live projects to ensure a holistic learning and development of personality.

Which ABG Company Would You Like to Work For and Why?
Given a platinum chance I would love to work with the Hindustan Aluminium Corporation Limited by The Aditya Birla Group. It is an old and established brand, giving opportunities to learn new things and grow. Having a graduation degree in Metallurgical and Materials from NIT Rourkela and relevant work experience in the manufacturing sector makes me a very suitable candidate for same. I would be able to use my core domain skills along with my management knowledge to be super productive for the company.
