Dr. Davendranath Gokulnath Jha:
Davendranath Jha earned his PhD (Management) from the University of Mumbai. He is currently working as Professor and Area Chairperson (HoD) – Data Science and Technology (formerly Information Technology) at K J Somaiya Institute of Management. He is also the Programme Coordinator of Two-Year MBA in Data Science and Analytics (MBA-DSA). He has over three decades of experience in academics and has carried out various responsibilities toward Institution building activities. He is currently mentoring the AACSB process at the institute as its chairperson. He is also the Chairman of the subject board in Data Science responsible for bringing in changes in curriculum for the courses in Data Science, Information Technology for Management and Technology Programs.
He has been regularly conducting training on Data Science, "R" Programming, IT in Management, Database system (MS-Access, SQL), Management Information System, Software Testing, Concepts in ERP, eCRM, Innovations in IT and Essentials of Industry 4.0 at various Institutes and corporate as Invitee faculty/trainer.
Dr. Swati Shrikant Godbole
Dr. Swati Godbole has completed her PhD from ITM university. Her area of teaching covers Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Personal and Corporate Tax Planning, Tax aspects of business and Taxation Management. She is ambitious, meticulous, and most importantly, a passionate academic professional adept in both, maintaining student engagement and participation in both, in-classroom, and online contexts, offering a solid foundation of delivering interactive lectures and assignments. With over 25 years of experience, she has conducted MDP programs for esteemed organizations such as Thyssen Krup, BARC, INS Hamla, Reliance Jewels and RBS.
Hemangi Bhalerao
Prof. (Dr.) Hemangi Bhalerao is presently working as an Associate Professor in the OB & HRM Area in K J Somaiya Institute of Management (K J SIM), Mumbai. Her research interest is in the area of Emotional Intelligence, Leadership & Conflict Management and her doctoral dissertation is from the Department of Applied Psychology, Mumbai University. She has conducted various training programs on Understanding and managing self, Leadership Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management. She has presented and published several research papers at various national & international conferences in Harvard University, USA, Ryerson University, Canada, Ashridge Business School, U.K and Tre University, Rome Italy, Aston University, UK. She has published two cases in the European Case Clearing House (ECCH) in the area of Performance Management. She is certified in MSCEIT (Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) professional from Yale University, USA. She has been on the promotional panel interviews as an expert psychologist for Reliance Infrastructure (RADAG). She has been training for leading companies like the Indian Navy, Reliance ADAG, L&T construction, RIL, Jaslok, Powergrid Corporation of India, Insurance Institute of India, Bhaba Atomic Research Centre etc.
