When we talk about B-schools, the male to female ratio almost always seems out of balance.
A lot has been done to alter this in B-schools across the country and that has resulted in more women aspiring and endeavoring to take up corporate roles in their careers.

We spoke to a few students at Great Lakes Gurgaon to understand their perspective on why it is important to have women in MBA programs, what qualities and skills do women managers bring to the table in corporates, and how they perceive the shift in the b-school space at the moment?
