The average of the top-10% of all salaries stood at INR 21.81 lakhs, up by nearly 9% over the previous year. The average of the top-25% salaries stood at INR 19.92 lakhs, up by nearly 13%. The average of the top-half of all salaries stood at an impressive INR 17.91 lakhs.

IRMA students bag 41 PPOs, 399 job offers
This year, students of IRMA’s PGDM-RM batch of 2023 received a total of 41 pre-placement offers (PPOs) from leading recruiters like Flipkart, Zetwerk, Godrej Agrovet, ITC, PwC, Tata Steel, and others. 36 of these offers were accepted by participants.
In all, the batch of 2023 received 399 offers from 49 participating recruiters. Top brands on campus included Tata Steel, Flipkart, BigBasket, PwC, HDFC Bank, IDFC First Bank, Reliance Retail, Dabur, ITC, Adani Wilmar, PwC, EY, Redseer Strategy Consulting, and Amul, amongst many others.
Also amongst the recruiters were the Gujarat Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), the Kaira District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union (Amul Dairy), and Banaskantha District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union (Banas Dairy).
GCMMF hired 20 students from the PGDM-RM batch, while the dairy unions hired two students each. The National Dairy Development Board hired 10 IRMA students in 2023.
Key roles and profiles offered to the students of batch 2021-23 include Management Trainee, Project Management Unit Head, Consultant, Deputy Manager, Senior Sales Executive and Credit Analyst, among others.

BFSI emerges as most sought-after sector for IRMA’s PGDM-RM batch
IRMA’s PGDM-RM batch of 2023 flocked to roles in the BFSI sector, with 43% of all offers coming from companies in that sector. 23% of the offers came from companies in the Food and Agri-Business and FMCG sector.
On average, the best paying sector was Consumer Durables, followed by Retail. The BFSI sector offered an average salary of INR 14.65 lakhs, while the Consulting sector offered an average salary of INR 13.11 lakhs and accounted for 5% of all offers extended.
