The uniqueness of any place or institute is mainly determined by its culture, people and its achievements over the years. The culture of our institute is portrayed through its logo design which takes the shape of a human form with outstretched hands depicting the spirit of its achievement and fulfillment. Knowledge is endless is the motto of the institution and it imparts them to its students increasing the enthusiasm to learn. The institute is able to do all this with the help of its highly knowledgeable, helping and inspiring faculties.
If we talk about the achievements of IIM Trichy over the years, first and foremost achievement is the inclusion of the college in the top 15 colleges in management in NIRF ranking. This ranking is given by the MHRD on the basis of “Teaching, Learning and Resources,” “Research and Professional Practices,” “Graduation Outcomes,” “Outreach and Inclusivity,” and “Perception”. Our college is first to reach this position among the new IIMs established during the same time. The students of the college are highly talented and their achievements have increased the visibility of the college globally. IIM Trichy is the first college to shift to its permanent campus among the colleges established during the same time.
Next part is people, it includes both the faculty and the students. We have the faculty and students coming from various parts of India, perfectly matching the concept of unity in diversity. We celebrate all the festivals celebrated in all parts of India which inculcates the feeling of respect for different cultures and religions. We celebrate Pongal of Tamilnadu, Makar Sankrati of North India and Lohri of Punjab and Christmas. There are many more but can’t include all of them. It is fun to get to know the traditions of different places and enjoy in it. Faculties and students are very friendly, we can approach anyone for any sort of our issues whether it is personal or professional. It is another home away from home. It’s fun to spend sleepless nights doing assignments, projects, enjoying with friends and getting to learn from others and put down your views and completing the projects efficiently.
Next best thing about IIM Trichy is Make A Difference(MAD) project. As a part of this project, every team has to work on some project which will create a social impact on the lives of people of the region selected by the team. It helps in inculcating the feeling of social responsibility among the students and give them the exposure of village people.

I would love to work for Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited. It is a full-service digital bank developing a robust fintech ecosystem. Fintech is the term made with the combination of finance and technology. It is like we need to solve the upcoming financial rules and regulations with the help of technology. During my internship, I got exposure to the financial regulations
coming on the way. Being a technology enthusiast and interest in financial regulations this is the best place I can use my full potential to do best.
