My campus, FMS, is unique in almost every aspect. It was established several decades ago and has always been a premier tier1 college. Yes, the campus is smaller than what people will expect it to be. But it teaches us to work in a resource constraint. It’s a beautiful campus where there is loads to learn. The accessibility from my campus is mind-blowing. Nothing is far for us at FMS and no target is unachievable here.
A memorable classroom experience in my B-School over the small span of 25 days would certainly be The Musical Competition organised by our cultural secretary to break the ice and introduce our fun side to our batchmates and seniors.
A few people from my batch that I found interesting would be: Sneha Sebastian, Shanky Garg, Lakshay Nagpal and Dhruv Gupta.
Sneha is a graduate from St. Xaviers, Mumbai. She is adaptable, resilient, prone to sarcastic comments but very self-assured.
Shanky is a typical desi Indian person who completed his graduation from KiroriMal, DU. He is a very resourceful person and fitness freak too.
Lakshay Nagpal, an engineer from NSIT who loves reading and playing too. And he cooks too! Basically, Intelligent, Smart, Handsome and a cook too.
An IIT Delhi graduate, Dhruv Gupta, also CFA pursuant. He is an amazing workaholic person who barely sleeps and works endlessly.
I would be so honoured to work for ABG someday. To be precise, ADITYA BIRLA FASHION AND RETAIL LIMITED. The biggest reason behind it will be that I understand fashion, I understand clothes better than most people do. Like Rachel from friends knew that Ralph Lauren is the place for her, I know ABFRL is the place for me. Madura Fashion & Lifestyle was the first player operating on a national scale, dedicated to the core business of fashion retail in India. It umbrellas so many brands like Forever 21, Louis Phillip, American Eagle, Simon Carter, Allen Solly or Ted Baker London.
