We are back with another video in the ‘Take a Seat’ video series for all of you. In this video, we have Prof. Jones Mathew, Director of the PGPM program at Great Lakes Gurgaon, discussing a fantastic case study of a luxury hotel.

A case written by Prof. Mathew himself, this class provides some fascinating insights with respect to the possible problems and solutions.

The PGDM students of the Great Lakes Gurgaon batch were divided into three groups who spoke about some possible solutions to the problems that the luxury hotel was facing.

Students put on their managerial hats to understand and dissect the issue at hand, iron out the case dilemmas, and counter the arguments put forth by their peers and occasionally by Prof. Mathew as well.
