Top 10 MBA Colleges Accepting NMAT Score 2024 in India

The test-taking window for the NMAT Exam is scheduled between 5th November and 20th December this year. After analyzing their CAT scores, students who consider NMAT as a secondary option take the exam. Until last year the NMAT exam window also occurred in the last week of October which was a better option for the serious exam takers. Most students appear for the NMAT for NMIMS campuses, but many other good colleges accept the NMAT score. This article lists the top MBA colleges accepting NMAT score 2024, fees, and average placements.

• NMIMS, Mumbai

NMIMS Mumbai is the top campus with a good NMAT Score. NMIMS considers only the NMAT exam for admissions to its multiple PG programs and campuses. Apart from the Mumbai campuses, the other MBA campuses include- NMIMS- Bangalore, Hyderabad and Indore.

• XIMB-HR

The Human Resource Program at XIMB also considers the NMAT exam for its admissions. The other exams accepted by XIMB for its HR and BM programs are CAT, XAT, GMAT, and X-GMT. Please note that the XIMB- BM Program does not consider the NMAT score.

• KJ Somaiya

KJ Somaiya offers three MBA programs through the NMAT exam. It includes an MBA in Healthcare Management and Sports Management besides a general MBA. It also accepts CAT, GMAT, XAT, and CMAT scores for admission.

• TAPMI

TAPMI or T.A. Pai Management Institute is a private B-School in Manipal offering MBA in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, International Business, and Technology. Like the B-Schools mentioned above, T

APMI also considers other management exams like CAT, GMAT, and XAT for its admissions. 

• ISB, Hyderabad and Mohali-  Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics (AMPBA)

Indian School of Business accepts its AMBA program's NMAT score ( along with CAT, GMAT, and GRE). It is a hybrid MBA course. The eligibility criteria for the Business Analytics Program are as follows:

• The applicant must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or equivalent qualification with exposure to mathematics and programming. 
• At least two years of work experience

• SPJIMR- Global Management Programme

The admissions to the SPJIMR GMP program occur twice a year in two cohorts- January and June. With the GMP Degree, you can study for 6 months in the SPJIMR Campus and then pursue an MBA/ MS degree in one of its partner universities. One of the accepted scores for the GMP program is NMAT. 

• Great Lakes Institute of Management – (PGPM)

The PGPM one-year program in GLIM, Chennai is for students who have at least two years of experience. NMAT 2023 onwards scores are accepted for PGPM 2025-26. Only the best score will be considered for admission.
