Stages:
Stage 1: Based on this application, shortlisted students will get an opportunity to prepare with HUL to ace their dream B-School admission process. Besides your academic performance and exam scores, we will also consider niche skills, areas of passion substantiated with strong evidence of interest, or any diverse experiences unique to you - so take the time to express yourself well.
Stage 2: Students from Stage 1 will subsequently go through an online assessment process to be selected for Unilever's pre-MBA Foundation School which is a 4-day programme with the best of Unilever leaders. Foundation school students get an early advantage to iconic B-school competitions like Lessons in Marketing Excellence (LIME), FinAce and the Nutcracker and an opportunity to secure a direct summer internship offer with Unilever in 2022.
