Aditya Birla has been changing and touching people’s life since 1857. The Aditya Birla Group’s brand I love and also happened to have a great impact not just on my life but lives of millions of Indians is Idea Cellular. My memory of Idea goes back when campaign “What an IDEA, Sirji!” started. The campaigns focused on social and environmental issues like the Caste War, Disability to Communicate, Education, Democracy , Health and Green Earth respectively with campaigns such as 'Championing a world without caste'; 'Championing a world in which no one suffers from the disability to communicate'; 'Education for All', 'Participative Governance', 'Walk When You Talk' and “Use Mobile, Save Paper' . Being Marketing Enthusiast I just loved the way how Idea to touched common man’s life issues with an advertising campaign. With merger with Vodafone , Vodafone Idea limited is the largest player in Indian Cellular Industry by subscriber and revenue . Vodafone Idea has the best network since initiation and played a crucial role in developing country’s cellular communication infrastructure, today millions of Indians have access to internet because of this . Idea thus impacted life of many Indian with providing reliable, uninterrupted network which played crucial role in India’s development , connecting with the world and inspiring young generation by providing exposure to outside world . Many Entrepreneur riding on this internet and communication growth are now starting new enterprises and aspiring to become successful businessmen . Such an extend of impact , that Idea proved to be a catalyst to aspiring generation of New Young India . What An Impact, Sirji !!

How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?
Everyday I just Keep Reminding myself “IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU “. Being an engineering graduate from reputed Institute got me an job in Top engineering company in India but my ambition was to do an MBA from an Top B school . Working hard every day, I tasted the early success in my corporate life, but soon life became monotonous, repetitive and challenging. I realized I needed novelty and more responsibility in life and thus my inner calling said to go for an MBA. But getting into Top B-school wasn’t a easy job, I was working in a domain which involved lot of travel across different parts of India. Soon I started liking the challenges and uncertainties which I faced to achieve target in my domain and this challenges in professional career helped me prepare better for my MBA. Challenges like this put me in a spot where I gradually started developing an ambition to aim for bigger heights and role. I started utilizing my travel time and customer interaction to understand their profile and learn from the challenges that they faced. Slowly, this reciprocated into a routine which was a perfect mix of concentrated efforts towards my MBA preparation. It took some time for me to realize that balancing the office work and studying for MBA was an uphill task. However, with a proper planning and enthusiasm to focus on my goal, I achieved it. I gave it all to make the journey focused yet, joyful and fruitful. This is how I rose above the challenges and managed to turn them into catalysts, to be with the brightest minds of the country in one of the premier B schools – The IIM Raipur.
