Shruti Agrawal joined IIM Calcutta in the year 2008 and found her liking for marketing there. What followed was a long standing journey with the Aditya Birla Group. She became part of the ABGLP programme and took up varied roles to understand the company better. Since then, there was no looking back for her. Shruti shares her journey from travelling across villages to understand consumers better during her first stint at ABG to now heading the marketing and e-commerce team at Jayashree Textiles in ABG.
