On 18 th of June 2018, I reached the mesmerising campus of XAHR. Located amidst a beautiful surrounding comprising of trees, small hills, it reminds me of the prose by Khushwant Singh where he describes his grandmother as calm and serene like a winter landscape.
Covering a huge area of 55 acres of land, the campus never ceases to amaze me with her beauty. Equipped with several facilities both academical and extra-curricular, ranging from Football field, Basket Ball court, Tennis court, a common room for table tennis, carrom, chess, well structured and organised library. Accommodating thousands of students from several streams both for undergraduate and post graduate programs, it oozes with a beautiful campus life emanating positive vibes everywhere every time, just the thing a student needs when he/she is over burdened with the pressure of studies, assignments, quizzes and exams. It also contains a church within the campus which looks beautiful when the sun sets and the emanating sun rays intersects the holy cross.
The students passing by the church at that time feels the power of Jesus within themselves irrespective of what religion they belong too and this gives tremendous motivation, persistence and enthusiasm to surpass the otherwise insurmountable pressure of MBA life.
Not to mention, the tremendous support given by the professors and the all-time help by the seniors makes my campus unique. They are approachable every time despite their assignments and their exams. The anti-ragging protocol followed inside the campus makes every student feel safe and secured whereby every one can concentrate on making their lives better and contributing efficiently to the society. The Social Responsibility Cell extends their hand to every betterment opportunity that comes in the way of our society and the campus.
Lastly, as the saying goes “Do something today that your future self will thank you”, XAHR instils in us the value of life and the campus complements it in every possible way.

The Aditya Birla company which I would like to work for is Ultratech Cement company because it has:-
