Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank Limited (ABPB) is a digital payments bank owned by the Aditya Birla Group which aims to provide easy and unrestricted banking services to its customers. It was incorporated after receiving an in-principle approval from RBI with an initiative to make banking and financial services accessible to every Indian via their mobile devices, laptops as well as through company stores. Its equity stake is held as 51:49 by Grasim Industries Limited and Idea Cellular Limited respectively, both which are individual companies under the Aditya Birla Group.

My experience with Allen Solly- a brand under Aditya Birla Group- Shubhra Kar, XIMB
The very first and important shopping post joining a B-school was of a complete business formal suit for me. Out of all choices in mind, I could finally decide upon one of the most trusted and my favourite brand- ‘Allen Solly’. This brand has been a part of my life for a long time now. One that my family prefers, one which has always stood up to our expectations. The products offered by this brand are comfortable to wear and attractive to look at. When asked about why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life, there is no better example than that of an experience of my recent visit to the nearest Allen Solly showroom with my father and shopping happily. I could see the happiness and pride in his eyes while I tried on different formal shirts and suits. The long wait of joining a B-school was finally over. I was about to leave the comfortable atmosphere of my home for the first time to stay at hostel. Things were happening faster than we thought. But as people say, time is a luxury you wish for in a B-school. And only when you value time, it values you too. It was during the entire shopping session which lasted for about an hour or two, I realised the importance of proper dressing for an event and how an impression created through your attire does matter. Thus, the excitement of joining a B-school to start a new journey coupled with a satisfactory shopping helped me have a nice start to all the preparations ahead in future for the next two years of MBA life.

Homecoming is always a bliss. Living away from home and parents for 10 years had only increased the urge to go back home and it’s the only feeling that has been growing constantly. As I moved away from my parents to pursue my 11th and 12th I have always wondered throughout the journey from my hometown to Hyderabad that the one who invented the tiers for transportation shouldn’t have done that. Little did I know what was awaiting in my life for me.
