One of the premier business conglomerates of India, Aditya Birla Group has been a household name in India for years. Active in 14 industry sectors and having achieved national and global leadership in several sectors, it has impacted lives in various ways. Like Aditya Birla Group I have also tried to make my impact with my actions and make it worthwhile. Since childhood the only wish I had was to become a doctor and serve people. But unfortunately that dream of mine was shattered as there was something else in store. I was completely broken but somehow gathered courage and after my graduation I sat for CAT and was able to clear it in my first attempt. Throughout this phase my parents were always there for me and supported in every way they could. My father comes from a small village and put our wishes and needs before his. So, it was a ritual which I and my sister used to follow on his b’day and on father’s day to go to a nearby Peter England store and buy him a shirt with our savings and gift him. The happiness on his face after we gifted him was an ultimate satisfaction which we got. So, when I had to go to Delhi for my CAP process, my father made sure that I looked my best on one of the most important days of my life. For this he took me the Van Heusen store and bought me a formal suit so that I present myself well in the interview process as appearance and dressing enhances the personality of an individual. So, I went for the interview in full confidence and aced it. All I can say is Aditya Birla Group has been with me throughout my life in one way or the other. Be it in interviews, or when I am waering a Pantaloons traditional suit in a religious function or when I am constantly glued up on the TV with my idea enabled sim in phone to answer the ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ questions or when house is being built with the Ultratech Cement, Aditya Birla Group is the one which has been throughout leaving an indelible impression on my mind.

As I walk on the streets of Aligarh I feel lucky to be part of a country where a company started from the scratch is now the part of everyday life. Aditya Birla Group is one of the conglomerates of all the Indian conglomerates which have made a big impact not only in India but also on a worldwide stage. It has its presence in more than 35 countries with revenue over $44 billion in 2018. The main thing that I liked most about this company is its CSR activities and the product that fits in most of the aspect of day today life. Its CSR activities has huge impact on global scale, from the streets of Aligarh to the tea gardens of eastern India where machines like combine and tea leaf picker played and life changing role.

Aditya Birla Group is one of those names which is well known to every Indian. Everyone has heard these lines sometime in their childhood that "tata- birla ki aulad nhin ho". I am a big fashion enthusiast. Aditya Birla's fashion line forever 21, Allen Solly and Van Heusan have changed my life a lot. I love to wear these brands, whether it is a party wear or I am going for an Interview. So, the story is about the time when I was in my college and being into an institute of national importance we do need to adhere to the culture they had maintained for so long. So, as per the tradition, we all are required to wear business formals for our induction. It was hard to find a suitable business formal in the area where I live so I went to the city and was not able to find any suit as per my need. I was feeling very bad and then suddenly I saw the showroom of Allen Solly and was able to get a suit in due time. That suit is still with me to date and I wore during the CAP process and was able to ace the interview. That suit and that Allen Solly showroom from Aditya Birla Group is there in my heart and will be in my heart for the time I'm here.

When I purchase from a brand, there's one factor that rises above all others in importance: trust. That is the first and foremost reason as to why Aditya Birla Group is big for me. It is also because of its presence in almost everything I can think of. You name it, and Aditya Birla Group is in it, growing heaps and bounds with a global reach in over 34 countries, creating a global heritage of more than 162 years.

Most part of my school life has been spent in boarding which introduced me to people from diverse social background. This helped me widen my perspective right from the childhood and made me an individual who can easily get along with people. Extra-curricular activities played a vital role throughout my academic journey. It helped me develop my overall personality.
