Challenges That I Faced in my Life
Life can’t be described by only one or two words. It is a mixture of happiness, sadness, success, failure, pain, opportunities and frustrations, struggles and not giving up. Overcoming challenges makes us stronger and help us understand our inner strengths. It shapes the personality of an individual. While I was working with an MNC, I was also preparing for competitive exams but I had to manage my time well so that I can perform better in my exams. This was a little challenging situation as I had started to question my capabilities on whether I would be able to make it to a good B school. Sometimes in life there comes a point where you think everything is at halt and one retrospect about what you want to do in life. There were various tasks involved in choosing the best B school as I had to keep in mind various parameters like faculty, industry exposure, international experience which I wanted as a part of my curriculum. I continued to work hard on my studies and gave various mock tests to build my performance for these competitive exams. My efforts and dedication paid off when I secured admission in a globally reputed school SDA Bocconi Asia Center. I would try and make the most of my journey in the next two years. When I look back, I feel happy and proud that I faced all the challenges with strength and resilience.

This company with a revenue of US $44.3 billion was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla and Mr. Aditya Birla started the Eastern spinning mills and industries between 1962-65. The Group is a leading player in aluminium, cement manufacturing, viscose staple fiber, carbon black, chemicals, copper, financial services, telecom, branded apparels, fertilisers, viscose staple yarn and insulators. It employs 1,20,000 people and operates in 35 countries creating a huge impact on its customers and the market as a whole.

Allen Solly, Pantaloons, Forever 21, Van Heusen are some of my favourite fashion brands and its one of my go-to shopping stores. I have a Vodafone network too which I have been using for years which helps me stay connected to family and friends. It is a brand I associate with on a daily basis. A leader in carbon blackand an icon for bridging the nation, the evolution of the group to make our country prosper has left a positive mark in everyone’s lives. It is also one of the largest private life insurances, asset management, companies in the country. The company has taken various internal and external sustainability efforts to provide affordable and comfortable lifestyle to the people of the country.
