Aditya Birla Group is an Indian worldwide blend, headquartered in Worli, Mumbai, India. It works in 35 countries with more than 120,000 delegates far and wide. It was established by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857. The group haven't not made huge impact lately on whole planet but have also made a huge impact reaching various lives including mine.
There’s a saying “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”. Life is never a bed of roses, for anyone. Challenges are a part of every endeavour that we take up in any aspect of our life. However what matters is our mindset and our attitude towards these challenges. How we face these challenges and are able to look them in the eye is what shapes our personality.
My relationship with Aditya Birla group started at a very young age, when my parents used to take me to Birla Mandir and Planetarium in Hyderabad. I thought Birla was the name of some scientist when I first visited it, later on, I realized that the group is the one, which ignites the inspiration in youth to take the career he/ one chooses. The Birla mandir is also the place built with 2000 tonnes of Marble, one would find one's inner peace in the place. Right from that point, I keep on hearing the name ' Aditya Birla Group' in each and every point of my life, like in career, one would aspire to join BITs for graduation and then dream to join ABG to build a career path.
Ever wonder how a big company could actually become a companion for you in every step that you make in your life just like your own shadow? Well apparently ABG has been doing just that all throughout my life. Their diverse set of products and services caters to all sorts of people in almost all possible ways. I was brought up in a business family where my father was in to construction business. I have witnessed how my father always chose Ultratech Cement over other cement brands just for the quality and assurance that it provide. After all, if a structure has to endure the wrath of nature it has to have core strength and that is what Ultratech offers. ABG never compromises on quality as they understand their customers pretty well and places customers at the centre of all their businesses. From construction materials to apparels to digital payment services, never has a day gone by where i actually have not used any of their products/services. The struggle started with my birth, due to premature birth I was different from other babies, I was weak and underweight and spent most of the time crying and it took me more than a year to speak my first word which was Maa-the person who changed my life.
