I still remember the day when I visited my village for summer holidays in 2007 to visit my grandparents. It used to be a memorable drive. The scenic beauty of the village road was quite beautiful to watch. There were ponds and green fields alongside the roads. Even the paddy fields on either side of the roads were covered with green crops. I saw the farmers ploughing their field. I could feel the cool breeze of the morning when I put my head outside window. As memorable as it was to me, people in the vehicle behind didn’t feel the same way as they could hardly see through the rising dust into the air. Yeah there wasn’t a proper thar road till then and everything changed when I visited in 2007. The village’s first ever thar road was being built and was in its final stretch. This was the first time I came to know about “UltraTech Cement - The Engineer’s Choice” and it was written on the walls of every house you see.  From that moment the brand was deeply rooted in me, though I didn’t know about that UltraTech Cement was a part of ABG back then, I came to know about it soon as every person in the village was using Ultratech Cement to build their houses. People just don’t like something because of a random event, it’s the small things that add up and make it big in your life and you start to like it and want to use it. There are several situations in my life that have made me feel close to the brand ABG. I have always thought of Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Peter England and Allen Solly were foreign brands and was longing to buy clothes from one of them as they have a premium feel and the kind of quality, confidence and respect they hold in the minds of people. As I grew up I was amazed to know that these were part of Aditya Birla Group. I bought my first ever suit from Louis Philippe and it is my talisman. For every important occasion it is my go to suit. People tend to relate their success with something they own and something they feel as lucky to them and my Louis Philippe suit is lucky to me. Every time I want to shop I go to Pantaloons without a second thought because I already know that I can get best quality clothes at affordable price, and let’s not talk about fashion because Forever21 has completely changed the way we look at fashion.
