A Constant to my Dynamic Life
As I write my words on this Laptop thinking of all the ways ABG has impacted my life, I realize it has become a part of me, a constant to my dynamic life. They say Change is the Only Constant, I disagree for the simplest of reasons: ABG is irreplaceable in my life.

A hazy memory of little me being woken by the revving of trucks still lies in the coffers of my mind. I remember that cement bags were being unloaded from the trucks for the construction of our future home. I also remember the word Ultratech on them, mildly hidden underneath a layer of grey dust. That is how long ABG has been with me. It has sheltered me from the scorching heat, the violent storms and the chilling cold. It has been the canvas on which I first painted and also the corner where I hid afterwards. It has been a wicket for the cricket I played and also the backrest where I leaned on afterwards. It still decorates the background of every photograph of every house party we had and still stands firm to go through all this again. ABG, in a way, has been part of my home, my family, my best memories and also my worst failures; always there to provide shelter and always the place where I can go back to.

ABG produces a wide variety of products (non-ferrous metals, cement, textile etc.) along with a variety of services (Telecom services, Finance services). From helping us gather money for building our houses (Aditya Birla Capital) to help physically build our houses (Aditya Birla Cement), from helping us communicate with our friends(Idea), keeping us updated with the latest fashion trends (ABG Fashion and Retail ltd) Aditya Birla has it all. You can rely on Aditya Birla Group for almost everything that you need. Other achievements like operating in as many 35 countries to churning up a revenue of 44.3 billion US Dollars to managing 120,000 employees are obviously there. The group has won Aon Best Employer for the third time over the last 7 years proving the groups consistent effort to develop a best-in-class workspace. ABG group motivates people from all backgrounds helping them overcome their difficulties. There is the great story of Mr. Umesh who though bind joined Fashion and Retail Ltd at Madura as a helper and is today a Level 1 Leader managing a team of 15 people. ABG encourages people and is always willing to give people chances. This is noticed from the famous quote of Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla who said “Failure is not fatal Failure is inevitable. If you don’t fail it perhaps means you aren’t taking risks”. Last but not the least ABG reaches out to 7.5 million people, has treated over a million patients, provided solar lamps for 450,000 children and so much more.
