Student life is the most important phase of a man’s life. If you want good crops, you need to sow the seeds in proper time. Similarly student’s life is time for preparing oneself for the future and so much care is being taken to give proper education to them. This education should comprise not only by book learning but also by proper training of mind and heart.
Aditya Birla Group is known to all as third largest conglomerate to all of you. We all know that group has various business like metals, cement, apparel, financial services etc. We all are also familiar with the vision of company to be a premium global conglomerate with a focus on each of the business. But amazed by the figures and growth of the group we do not give due attention or talk seldom about is mission of company. The mission of company being “To deliver superior value to our customers, shareholders, employees and society at Large”. Having stated the mission of group I’ll be going to discuss how group’s mission has impacted my life.
Aditya Birla Group being the 3rd largest private sector conglomerate in India with US$44.3 Bn revenue in 2018, ABG has definitely been an essential part of my life through its various product lines and significant presence in Indian markets.
Transformation from a student to an intern was a roller-coaster ride. It all started in the first year, when the summer internship placement commenced. I was scared og group discussion process, so in order to overcome that fear, I started reading newspaper regularly. Day zero started and companies began their process, I was rejected in the first process I sat, I was dejected. After the rejection, I introspected about what I need to change in myself, I started practicing for interview with my friends, brushed up my technical knowledge.
