15th July, 1993, a baby girl was born to a couple who were long struggling with their lives. All that the couple needed that time was a permanent job, to start a stable life but the almighty bestowed them with a different gift. The couple never complained though because the girl’s enigmatic smile made them believe that a miracle is on its way. Eureka! After a few days, their hard work paid off. The girl’s father got a job at Hindalco Industries Limited, Renukoot. This embarked the journey of a beautiful bond between the Aditya Birla Group and that family.

Behavioral connection is the inherent part of human life. The most relatable aspect of my life is the diversity in which Aditya Birla Group is the leader. It is active in about 14 industry sectors and is the world leader in aluminum beverage can sheets and also the world’s largest recycler of used beverage cans. I have always been a multitasker since my childhood- taking part in extra and co- curricular activities such as singing, painting, skits, plays, sports, athletics, and teaching. This created a metamorphic relationship with the Aditya Birla Group which I could relate to anytime I needed motivation, needed the push to overcome any challenge that I ever faced in my life.
Right from the house I live in to the clothes I wear, Aditya Birla Group is a constant presence. Aditya Birla Group is in telecom industry, fashion retail, cement industry, financial services, IT industry. The list is long. It has it’s hold not only in India but also in countries across the other continents. It has been creating value for its customers since 1857. Employing workers more than Apple and Johnson & Johnson.
Life is uncertain. Throughout my life, there was never a moment when I could say, “Yes, this is my next course of action.” I never know the answer to “What next?”. I have explored and I am still exploring variety of career options. I never found my calling. After a few years, I have made peace with this fact that I don’t know which career I would land in. What keeps me going is setting short term goals. I set goals that I know I may not be able to achieve but at the end I will gain something, be it very minimal. I focus and work hard on the assignments and projects that I have been given. I try to do them diligently. Whatever role I am playing on the stage of life, I make sure I play it well.
