An MBA student, having made a more than significant monetary and time investment in this program, expects commensurate returns in terms of employment gained as well as salary earned to justify their decision to pursue an MBA. For the recruiter, it is a matter of identifying and hiring the right talent that fits well with the organization and has a positive impact on its growth. There is a significant investment of resources for the recruiter in this entire process. Considering this, it only makes sense for there to be a channel of communication between the employer and the (potential) employee to make the recruitment process successful for all parties.
