But due to the pandemic that has struck the whole world as a lightning, all these processes were moved online. Compared to any other, among the interviews I attended, SJMSOM created the most creative and engaging experience to me as an interviewee. They used platform called “GATHER” for the interview process, however they integrated with zoom calls wherever necessary.

Manoj has worked for 3.5 years in Aluminium Smelter at BALCO (a unit of Vedanta Resources) looking after Maintenance and Reliability of EOT Cranes (PTM cranes to be more specific).
