The Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR) has released the final placement report for the MBA-HR batch of 2020. The final placements season saw participation from 57 recruiters, including top brands like the Mahindra Group, Tata Steel, ITC Limited, and Delhivery amongst others. The average of the top-50% of the offers stood at INR 15.05 lakhs per annum, while the overall average stood at INR 12.87 lakhs per annum. This report will cover important highlights from the latest XAHR final placement report for the class of 2020.
