Highest Stipend Touches INR 5.67 Lakhs At JBIMS | Summer Placements, MMS Class of 2021

JBIMS has successfully completed the summer placements process for the MMS class of 2021! This summer placements season, the institute saw participation from 57 companies including BCG, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, HUL, P&G, Amazon, Tata Administrative Services and RIL, amongst others. The average stipend for top-10% of the offers stood at INR 3.18 lakhs, while the average stipend for the top-25% of the offers stood at INR 3.04 lakhs. This report will cover highlights from the JBIMS summer placements process for the MMS batch of 2021.

A Recount Of My Learnings From Capgemini E.L.I.T.E.'s Induction Programme

“Make each day count by setting specific goals to succeed, then putting forth every effort to exceed your own expectations” I think the above quote by Les Brown, an American motivational speaker, quite aptly sums up my learnings and takeaways from the 4-week induction program at Capgemini E.L.I.T.E. With a few weeks before the onboarding of the next batch of E.L.I.T.E. trainees, I started to reflect on my experiences during the onboarding period. The one-month induction program really was a stepping stone into the corporate life. Each day started by setting expectations, not limited to the tools / techniques to be learnt, but going beyond into the realm of desired outcomes and business applications. Then, at the end of the day, the team evaluated the extent of fulfillment of each of those expectations. I must admit that back then it seemed like an extra 10-minute job but now it has become a vital part of my day – key lesson being setting daily goals and evaluating daily milestones.
