The first thing that comes to my mind about the interview process was UNIQUE. Everything from shortlisting to interview day and all the processes during the interview were just flawless. We were given the time slot for the interview which was also good as it helps to prepare our mindset and also to get in that zone for many people as it is very important. Though not given the exact time of the interview I thought we will get bored in anticipation of when will be the interview and those who have an interview at the end of the slot(like me) won't be able to perform. But they had Tom & Jerry going on the whole time in the waiting area which was great as you need to switch off and relax sometimes. AdCom members were also patient enough to solve everyone's doubt at every stage though the same question asked repeatedly by different people.

The Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XAHR) has released the final placement report for the MBA-HR batch of 2021. The final placements season saw participation from 52 recruiters, including top brands like the Mahindra Group, Tata Steel, ITC Limited, Deloitte, and Cognizant amongst others. The average of the top-50% of the offers stood at INR 13.71 lakhs per annum, while the overall average stood at INR 12.04 lakhs per annum.
