XLRI was my first interview for a B-School and I believe it certainly was my best. I'll be sharing my complete WAT-GD-PI experience in this post.
The story begins in July 2016. After brainstorming for 2 months, I decided to appear for CAT 2017. So, it started with the search for the perfect institute. I had majorly heard about TIME and MBA GURU. After a discussion of nearly 2 hours with both the coaching centres, I decided to join TIME CP. It was surely one of the best decisions I ever made.
The GMC internship experience with Mahindra has been a great learning experience, a platform to network with some of the best minds in the country along with alumni and understand their way of working and approaching a problem. Here at Mahindra, other than my Guide and Buddy, the employees here also have been very supportive and friendly and are always willing to give any sort of constructive opinions and feedback about my work. Non-work-related discussions make the place very wholesome.
I stood at the corner of the conference room where all the HR team had gathered to bid farewell to a departing colleague. The seniors, as well as the juniors in team, were vocal about their attachment and love for the person which he reciprocated with a smile and a couple of words which displayed his sheer love for the organization and the people who have built it. The HR Team at MRV Chennai is more like a family, where they work hard together and help one another when required. They made me feel at home and treated me as one among them by helping me out from the innumerable queries that I had kept posting and also by inviting me to all the team get-togethers that were planned. It felt really nice and warm coming to the office every day because of this beautiful team.
