It was a 7th of August, 2017. I was all prepared for my first day at my first job. I was a newbie in the corporate world, an engineering student graduated a week ago. Despite this there was burning desire to understand the intricacies of the business world. The level of anxiousness could be determined from the mere fact that I woke up (hardly slept last night) at the sound of the alarm at 6.30 AM without snoozing the alarm, almost 90 minutes before the time I was to be picked up by the office cab. It was quite different from my usual morning routines where I was used to wake up with the least possible time to get ready (read 15 minutes). I took my breakfast, and donned on the only white shirt I had, bought a couple of days before, from the nearest Pantaloons. The upper crest logo of Louis Phillipe on the white shirt looked amazing, though the logo iterates the motto of ‘Rise above the rest’, I would be lying if I say I was full on confidence. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach, anxious and excited were the two words to describe my situation.
