Summer Saga at RPG

My internship sailed me through an immensely enriching and fruitful experience at Raychem RPG. It gave me the opportunity to apply all the theoretical concept learnt during the first year of my PGDM course at IIM Ranchi into practical usage and provide the desired output to my organization. It was never a very easy path for me, what I had to face during my internship was challenges related to my project and competition by the fellow interns belonging to prominent institutes such as IIM A, C etc. I was motivated by the very fact that was told to me by my manager i.e. “You are expected to do things that is otherwise impossible.” It gave me the drive to work hard and achieve excellence in all the task assigned to me.

Experience of a Lifetime - Summer Internship at Alshaya

An international offer during summer placements is a dream for many MBA students. I still vividly remember the day when I was pleasantly surprised to receive an offer for internship at Alshaya. I was anxious about visiting a completely new country within few weeks, when I received a mail from HR by the end of March along with visa and flight tickets to Kuwait. I was offered to intern in Home Furnishings division with the supply chain team for all five brands. We made a WhatsApp group of all interns from IIM A, B, C, L, FMS and XLRI and hence we were familiar with each other before we met during internship.
