HR Management has been what makes or breaks great organizations. Most of the companies that had underplayed this function found themselves in an uncomfortable situation when nations went under lockdowns overnight. Trade froze, services disrupted, cash flow stopped; but somehow the show had to go on, amid the acceleration of digitization, employee well-being concerns & remote model of work. IIM Indore, with the largest batch size amongst all IIMs, has successfully completed the final placements process 2022 for its PGP and IPM students. The final placements season witnessed participation from over 180 companies, including over 30 first-time recruiters collectively rolling out offers to 572 participating students.
