It’s been more than 7 years since the historic Supreme Court judgement that declared transgender people the 'third gender' and affirmed that the fundamental rights will be equally applicable to them and yet the on-ground situation has not improved till date. Have we done enough for them to feel safe in our society or even workspace? Have we successfully eliminated discrimination against them?
We are delighted to inform you that Subham Sinha from TAS Summers Batch 2020 has been declared the National Winner of the coveted Business Standard Best B-School Projects Award. From 150+ entries and 100+ management schools across the country, Subham’s project titled, ‘Attrition Prediction Early Warning (RAG - Red Amber Green) Mode’ received a much deserved recognition. Subham will also receive a cash prize of INR 100,000, a trophy and a certificate as part of his winning experience. He interned with Tata AIG GIC during his TAS summer internship and initiated his project on categorising employees into 3 categories basis a range of high risk behaviour to low risk behaviour.
Literally anyone who has even come in brief contact with me would know my passion for marketing. I have always dreamt of working for brands that touch people in their everyday lives and in that way get closer to people, understand their problems and come up with solutions to really create an impact through my actions. It was a dream I saw when I was 12 years old and I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had the platform to realise it.
The IIM Ranchi Final Placements report for the Class of 2021 has been released by the institute! A growing b-school, IIM Ranchi placed a total of 273 students across its flagship MBA and HR MBA program in 2021. The highest salaries touched Rs. 26.5 LPA and Rs. 29.75 LPA for its MBA and MBA HR programs respectively. Read on to know more about the final placements at IIM Ranchi in 2021!
IIM Udaipur's official final placement report for the MBA batch of 2021 has now been released. This year, despite the pandemic, 91 firms recruited from IIM Udaipur. The highest salary offered based on maximum earning potential went up to Rs. 34.97 lakhs per annum. Though impacted by the current pandemic situation, IIM Udaipur has placed 270 out of the 278 who opted in for campus placements and is putting in efforts to place the remaining students. Here are key highlights from the 2021 final placement report.
The Consulting industry is expected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate of 30% & is set to become a $3.8 bn industry. Nearly 5.5 mn people work in the Consulting sector across the world.
