It follows a strong academic rigour and at the same time, its culture and the way XIMB celebrates is one of its kind in India. This Institute just does not give you the chance to give up. It would push your limits and help you come out of that cocoon, which was so dear to you. From the first day itself, they will teach you professionalism and the value of those intimidating deadlines. However, at the same time, they would also give you the mantra to remain calm and give your best in everything. Here you can never be mediocre, because the culture teaches you to strive towards perfection. XIMB follows relative marking system and thus urging the students to compete and try to be nothing but the best. A very strict policy is followed to ensure that we all start following Indian Standard Time rather than Indian Stretchable Time. Every day brings new opportunities and competitions conducted by various committees to nurture every talent that has chosen XIMB. You are being seasoned to be a true manager in each and every step, as all the committees running here are also student driven. It would be safe to say that XIMB is one of those few MBA institutes whose campus is very accessible as it is situated almost at the heart of the city with Walmart of its own- Small shops in front of the college gate, which sells almost everything a person needs. Be it academics or extracurricular we the students of XIMB will always remain excited and would grab every opportunity coming our way.

I would like to work for Idea Cellular Limited. I have completed my engineering in ECE stream and though I am open for options, I would surely cherish working in a telecommunications company. Idea is having a strong hold on market shares in India and is currently in process for the world’s biggest telecommunication merger with Vodafone. Idea is one of the most innovating companies, which is quite evident from its advertising campaigns. Idea is also diversifying into complete digital services and solutions provider. It can provide me with a pool of opportunities to work and learn in many ways.
