Forever Etched In My Memories – Xavier School Of Human Resource Management

Situated at a distance of about 20 kilometers from Bhubaneswar, Xavier University is a Jesuit, Catholic university famous for its rich lineage and great faculty. To be able to study at this prestigious university, I can gladly say that dreams do come true. After its inception in 2013, XAHR is on its way to glory, leaving no stones unturned. The faculty, infrastructure and alumni of XAHR are what makes it unique from the rest.

Coming from a non-engineering background, I really did not have a college life but what I'm having right now, at XAHR, is priceless. The college never sleeps. There is always some assignment to do, some sports to play, some events to participate in and what not! And mark my words, an introvert would lovingly become an extrovert with the kind of learning that this college provides. One can learn immensely from the greatly qualified professors and thus make an impactful change in the corporate world. Various case studies, live projects and meaningful discussions are enriching and help us get a taste of the real world. Also, XAHR provides us with innumerable opportunities to showcase our talent and hone our skills so that we always strive for perfection.

As important curricular activities are, here at XAHR, students are equally enthusiastic for extracurricular activities as well. The most important takeaway for me has been to successfully balance my time for both my studies and my interests. Being a successful manager is about earning respect from being seen to be fair, trustworthy and approachable and I believe, my college is the best place where I can inculcate such values.
