1. Infrastructure
The infrastructure is very close to nature. The 200-acre lush green campus will make you feel more than comfortable. The well-equipped, air-conditioned classrooms, sports and gym facilities (tennis courts, cricket stadium, squash, billiards, steam and sauna bath and a lot more), auditoriums, the vast collections in the library are all unique aspects of the campus setting attributes here.
2. Student Batch Profile
IIM Indore is the only campus with such a huge batch size of 620 including students from the course of the integrated programme in Management which is a unique course in itself. Considering the batch size, student’s stands a chance to interact and network with the batch unique in different fields and profiles helping to get a platform to experience diversity and inclusion.
3. Academic Curriculum
The Postgraduate course includes wide arrays of courses like design thinking, sustainability in practice and critical thinking skills to name a few apart from conventional subjects on different domains.
Apart from this course, the academic also includes Rural Immersion Program wherein students reside in a village for a week to experience the ground reality issues apart from conducting surveys on social issues like Swacch Bharat Abhiyan
Not to forget a wonderful credit course on Himalayan Outbound Programme wherein students go trekking helping them to withstand physical stress and maintain their mental ability and improving their soft skills through team building activities.

I would like to work in Aditya Birla Capital Limited, a holding company for all financial services businesses of Aditya Birla Group. I chose this company because I am interested to work under financial services as a sector as the sector would help me in imparting exposure to various fields like Asset Management, Insurance and Private Equity etc. Working under my field of interest in one of the renowned multinational conglomerate would provide various opportunities to grow in a diverse field of financial services. I would get a chance to get exposed to various services in the same company which would enhance my learning horizon.
